Rates & Availability
- Occupancy: 2 adults only. This is a non-smoking unit.
- 7 night minimum required. Discounts are available for
extended stays.
- $125 Cleaning Fee. Unit will be clean upon your arrival
and a supply of linens will be provided for your stay. It will be cleaned upon
your departure. Additional maid service is available at additional charge.
- $200 Damage Deposit: Refundable to you within 30 days
following your departure if no damage.
- Check in time 3:00 pm. Check out 11 am.

PAYMENT AND
CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept Personal checks from
US banks or Money Orders in US Funds. A five night deposit is required within
10 days of booking your reservation or your dates will be released. Payment in
full, including taxes and cleaning fee, must be received at least 60 days prior
to your arrival. A damage deposit of $200 shall also be due at that time. Once
a reservation is confirmed, all cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation
fee with no exceptions. We understand things happen and you may need to
cancel. If so, we will try to rebook your nights and refund to you all the
nights we are able to rebook, less the $100 cancellation fee.
