Spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath condo is perfectly situated on the 7^th floor, high enough to enjoy the beautiful panoramic vistas, yet low enough to enjoy the swaying palm trees and miles of white sand beach below.  Spot sea turtles swimming in the clear water off the lanai, or enjoy the sound of the birds nestled in the palm trees as they greet another beautiful Maui morning.

This unit is fully equipped for your enjoyment and comfortably decorated in a casual, island tropical motif.  Both the bedroom and the living room open up to your own very private, oceanfront lanai where you can dine “alfresco” or just relax on the chaise lounge.

The living room has a large L-shape sectional sofa roomy enough for each of you to stretch out with a good book or just be mesmerized by the view outside the large floor-to-ceiling picture window.  Cable TV/Stereo/Dvd/Cd player.  Free Wi-Fi.  Central Air conditioning and  ceiling fan.   Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes, cookware and utensils.  Washer/Dryer in the unit. Tub/shower with separate vanity and dressing area. Master bedroom with deluxe king size bed and fluffy pillows.  All towels and linens are provided.  Free parking and on-site security.

The complex offers all the amenities you would want for your relaxing vacation.  Stainless steel gas BBQ’s located poolside to grill up your fresh island catch of the day, or visit the Coffee Cart located in the spacious lobby for your morning latte.  Cool off in the pool and soak in the hot tub, play shuffleboard or tennis, visit the on-site concierge  to book all your activities while in Maui (snorkel trips, whale watching, bike rides down the volcano, sportfishing, golf, sunset cruises, parasailing, hiking, surfing, etc.)

Conveniently located within walking distance to Farmer’s Market, groceries, restaurants, and shopping.  Sink your toes into miles of white sand beach just steps away or walk along the newly completed Kaanapali Boardwalk which will take you on a path through the many renowned resorts and restaurants, as well as the Whaler’s Village shopping center, and world famous Kaanapali golf course.
